Browsing data
The hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver pages and secure the service, such as IP address, request time and browser information. Infrastructure logs follow the provider’s policies. We have not added analytics or advertising tools.
Appointment requests
Details entered in the form remain on the page until you choose to open email or WhatsApp. This form does not save requests to the website database or send them automatically. When you send the message, your details go to the email address or WhatsApp number displayed in the form, under the recipient’s and messaging provider’s policies. Do not send reports, photos or sensitive medical details.
Preferences and administration
Your privacy choice is stored on your device for 180 days. Appearance is remembered only with permission; you can withdraw this in Cookie settings. Admin sign-in is a separate service that may use session cookies to authenticate an administrator.
External links
NMC, maps, social networks and Doctify are independent services with their own policies. Videos are hosted with the website, without embedded third-party tracking players.
Doctify ratings
Your browser requests the rating and review count from Doctify’s public widget when you visit a page, without sending booking-form details or login cookies. Doctify receives technical connection information such as your IP address. Ratings are not stored on your device; if retrieval fails, the source link is shown without an outdated score.
